You will find us next to the main entrance, DOOR #10, behind Roots.

Centre Information
Starting with a smile, we are committed to providing you with all the information, courtesy and care that you require during your visit to Markville. It is our pleasure to assist you in any way we can.

The Cadillac Fairview shop! card®
Give the gift of choice and security. The shop! card® can be redeemed at over 4,000 fine stores in 29 of the most renowned shopping centres across Canada.  For more information, please click here.
 

Coat/Parcel  Check
Make your shopping experience more comfortable by checking your coat and shopping parcels, our new complimentary service designed to enhance your shopping experience at Markville.

Gift Wrapping Service
Allow us to make your special package, even more special. Choose from a beautiful selection of wrapping paper and colourful ribbon to match.  Prices vary by size: small $3.00; medium $5.00; large $7.50 and up.  Size limitations may apply. Proceeds are donated to a community charity.

First Aid
Our Guest Services Representatives and Security Officers are trained in CPR and First Aid and are always here to help you. 

Lost & Found
Forgot Something? Found Something? Visit the Guest Services Centre and we will do our best to find an owner for an item.

Strollers
Markville will be implementing the Smart Cart Program to better serve our customers effective Spring 2013.

 Markville introduces SmarteCarte Self-Serve strollers conveniently located throughout the centre.  SmarteCarte will offer single and double strollers. 

Strollers will be located on the lower level at door 9 Old Navy, and on the upper level at door 4 near Sears.

Wheelchair Loan
Take advantage of our wheelchair loans to help with easy and accessible shopping. Simply register with us for wheelchair loans. Photo identification required.

Mother's Room
Located on the lower level in the Women's Express Eatery foodcourt washroom.
On the upper level located in the Best Buy corridor.

Bottle Warming
Time for Lunch! It'll take less than a minute to warm-up a baby bottle. A microwave is also available in the Mother's Room, located in the Women's foodcourt washroom.

Vehicle Assistance
We provide complimentary services for these inconvenient occurrences. We provide car boosts and assistance in accidental lockouts.

Family/Handicap Assist Washroom
Family/handicap assist washrooms are located on the lower level in the Express Eatery foodcourt and on the upper level in the Best Buy corridor.

Service Ontario

The Service Ontario Koisk program is now closed.

Ontario has permanently shut down its ServiceOntario kiosk system after a thorough investigation into safety and security issues.

All services previously provided at kiosks are available online - including licence plate sticker renewals and address change requests, or in person at one of their locations.
