  We are looking for an individual to join our team who is passionate about people and providing a great shopping experience to our customers. Specifically, we are looking for a full time sales associate.
  
  This individual will be responsible for providing courteous and professional service to all Trade Secrets customers and generating sales and profitability.
  
  This includes:
  Ability to meet daily and weekly sales goals
  
  Proactively engaging customers through acknowledgement in a timely and effective manner
  
  Greet and assist customers with their beauty needs
  
  Helping to resolve customer inquiries and issues tactfully and respectfully
  
  Using available resources to provide accurate product information, including features, advantages/benefits and warranties with our appliances
  
  Maintaining merchandise presentation standards and ensuring store cleanliness
  
  Loss prevention and store monitoring priority
  
  THE IDEAL JOB CANDIDATE WILL HAVE HAD PAST SALES AND INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
